Our office hours for the Christmas period are 9.00am - 8.00pm, 7 days a week. Opening times may be reduced during quieter periods. Voicemail ordering at all other times. As soon as your order is placed, payment will be debited and goods reserved for you.
Please note the offices will be closed on 24 to 26 December and 1 January.
Goods will be despatched in good time to arrive between 1 and 24 December. We regret we cannot deliver on specific dates. The majority of our products are sent by first class post, except larger items that are despatched by Parcel Force. If several items have been ordered, whether to different or same addresses, these will be despatched separately and therefore not always arriving on the same day.
If you or the recipient of your gift is unlikely to be at home to take delivery, we are happy to include a short message on the address label with instructions for the postman: for example, please leave in the porch, with a neighbour, in the garage, etc. Please provide these special instructions at the time of placing your order.
Despatch of the product by Thompson & Morgan (Young Plants) Limited constitutes acceptance of the order by Thompson & Morgan (Young Plants) Limited.
We endeavour to ensure our stock levels are adequate for the anticipated demand. In exceptional circumstances, rather than disappoint you by not supplying a product, we will send a substitute of equal or higher value. If you are not happy with the substitute, it may be returned it to us immediately for a full refund.
Please also include a covering note stating that you require a refund. We undertake to supply products as featured, but occasionally baskets and decorations may vary.
It is not uncommon for some discolouration of the foliage to take place while the plants and bulbs are contained in a dark box during transit, but rest assured that the foliage will return to its normal, healthy colour within a few days. If after a couple of days the plants do not perk up, please bring the problem to our attention. Should any product that arrives after 17 December not be up to standard, we regret that we will be unable to despatch a replacement item until the first working week of January, subject to availability.
Unless otherwise stated all selling prices quoted are inclusive of reasonable postage and packing. We make a nominal charge for picking and processing orders. All such P&P charges are shown separately and added automatically to your shopping basket. *The P&P charge is for processing and picking each order.
We strive to provide the best possible products and level of service we can, but we are not perfect and occasionally we may fall below our own high standards. Our experienced Customer Care staff are there to assist you if you do encounter problems. Their aim is to respond promptly and efficiently to all comments, and at the outset within 10 working days of receipt to ensure you, the customer, receive 100% satisfaction at all times.

We promise to supply only top quality products, securely packaged so they reach you in prime condition.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to grow due to extreme weather conditions, over- or underwatering, or which have not been cared for according to the easy-to-follow instructions supplied. Our liability is restricted to the purchase price of the item ordered. Prices quoted are inclusive of reasonable postage and packing unless otherwise stated.
Please retain your order acknowledgement letter as proof of purchase.
Please note that no refund/replacement claims can be made after 12 February.
We undertake to supply your order in prime condition and we ask that you carefully follow the growing instructions provided to enable you to get the best possible performance from your purchase. We do understand that when dealing with living plants problems may occasionally arise despite our mutual best efforts. In these instances, we ask you to draw the problem to our attention so that we may help wherever we can. However, if your plants or bulbs do not grow properly due to negligence on your part, while we may share your disappointment, we regret we cannot share your loss. We promise to do our job to the highest standards, and we rely on you to use your best endeavours to achieve the optimum results.
